Educator, researcher, and entrepreneur

Since the 1990s, she has guided thousands of leaders, executives, and teams toward meaningful development through her person-centered, research-based methodology. Her approach emphasizes self-awareness and action for skillful living.
Drawing from decades of experience, Dr. Beth is writing her first book, a down-to-earth truth guide on being a person. It is set to be released later this year.
Five years ago, Dr. Beth designed a skills-based college course, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, which demonstrated increased student well-being and continues to be taught each fall at Siena College. This course, based on the 15 competencies of the MHS EQi 2.0, inspired her to expand her work beyond the classroom when people frequently expressed interest in taking her course. Her method is person-centered, research-based, and practical, emphasizing that growth starts with self-awareness, refining knowledge to unlock potential, and living a values-centered life. Since the 1990s, Dr. Beth has supported thousands of leaders, executives, and teams on their journey to meaningful development. A full-time educator since 2012, her commitment to integrating Emotional Intelligence into professional success has now culminated in an upcoming book, poised to inspire an even wider audience.
